A high-intensity class designed to push your limits and prepare you for the “unknown”. You don’t need to be a competitive athlete to participate, you just need the desire to build lean, proportioned muscles using techniques that are being utilized by the world's top athletes. MFP Performance Training combines elements of metabolic conditioning and resistance training into a fitness class that's high-intensity and incorporates functionally diverse movements. And best of all, it's great fun! Our program will have you performing movements related to your everyday lives such as, pushing, pulling, pressing, dragging, lifting, carrying and so much more. You'll work with toys such as tractor tires, sandbags, battle ropes, kettle bells, Resistance bands and so much more. An average session includes: dynamic range-of-motion and movement preparation, core strength, agility, and total body strength conditioning.

Our Group Training options are effective, fun, constantly varied, intense and functional. We promote a community and family based atmosphere. Comraderie, encouragement and motivation are delivered while working at your own pace - all levels are welcome.
